I recently purchased the SURARA K582 with red switches and I like the unit overall. The colors, brightness, and effects are easy to adjust by keyboard shortcuts or via the software . The build quality feels good with a strong keyboard base and a good action on the keys. I am used to an integrated wrist rest and so I purchased a soft clear silicone rest on AliExpress which make the setup ideal for me. The only negative is the keys are louder than I expected, and now I know why Redragon makes quieter models.
It has the perfect size for transport and not taking much space, exactly what I was looking for. The switches feels nice and makes such an agreeable sound (yes that is important.)
I have to add that the keyboard is compatible with my windows computer, my android phone and most surprisingly, my iPad (which is rare, having something non-apple compatible with apple. (you will need an adaptator lighting to usb tho)).
Buttery smooth switches and edgy south-facing labels make this board different, in a good way. I leave the lighting on a steady color (I don't need all the blinkin lights distracting me), and hammer away on the perfect Cherry profile keys atop those excellent linear switches. The gaskets provide a soft, pleasant thock when you hit 'm with some torque, but when you are gentle, you hardly hear anything. I use 2.4ghz connectivity with a mac and all I did was switch the Win and Alt key caps on the left, and I'm right at home. In Mac mode the F-keys also work exactly as they should to adjust screen brightness, volume, media, etc. You just have to remember which does what! Overall, a wonderful board.
i had this mouse for quite some time now and it's truly amazing and I'm planning to buy the wireless version I love the mouse and definitely would recommend this mouse for anyone in the market for a mouse
Honestly, I would give this store/website 10 stars if I could. I'm very happy with my keyboard purchase. It's been working very well. I swapped the keycaps of my choice and the swapping was a breeze. The price was so reasonable. It's very comfortable to type. I like the sound of it. I love the rainbow color lighting as I type. I'm using this keyboard at my workplace. It gives me a color to the dull office environment. Most of all, I as so surprised with the amazing customer service. They responded to my inquiry almost immediately. They are very professional and thorough entire time. They made sure that I'm getting the attention and they addressed the issues and solved quickly. There are so many businesses nowadays failed to provide the satisfactory customer service, but REDRAGON team exceeded my expectations. Its small, yet pretty heavy and solid, full of power and nice options, the whithe cables are very neat with my black set-up, everything is Heavy-Duty, very happy
Response rate is very good , no delays , has 3 modes of connection , bluetooth can connect to up to 4 devices so i use simultaneously with tv, pc ,laptop as well as my phone to send work emails quickly. Im super satisfied with it and i couldn't ask for more
I received a defective device, though it really frustrates me they manage to send a replacement which is still bnew.
Keyboard is great for the price! Solid build quality and nice feeling brown switches, no squeaking and the grips on it are good and it doesn't move about on my desk. Works completely fine on Linux and on mobile devices. I was pleasantly surprised the backlights are very bright and vibrant! honestly with all the features this keyboard comes with, it's well worth the price than buying expensive alternatives.
This keyboard isnt super fancy or anything like that but for the price you pay its worth every cent. hot swappable switches and a ton of rgb options too just go the extra mile to make this worth the $80

Bought to try a quiet mechanical keyboard in a open office setting. This keyboard looks snazzy but had a few issues for what I needed.
Sound:
Quiet but still noticeable clicking. Would be okay if you had a private office or were secluded away from other workers. For a mechanical keyboard its very quiet. Still to loud for out in the open though. Keys felt really good though
Lighting:
This was where it fell flat for me. The RGB on the keyboard was not very bright and due to the fact that the lights are coming out also at a side angle, it was hard to make out any of the keys. I was in a well lite area and so if you were in a dark room, the issue would not be as concerning. I also found that some keys seemed brighter than others across the board. I didn't get to much time with it as I decided to return it but I would not recommend for office work or well lite work environments.

It's a good, solid keyboard. Easy to take apart for cleaning or replacing damaged keys. Works well over Bluetooth, but the included wireless dongle doesn't seem to connect well when it's plugged into the back of my pc, experienced delays and non-responsiveness unless plugged in via cable or connected via Bluetooth.
Bought this thing brand new but there's permanent smudges, dust and hair strands on it. Plus the screen has dead pixels(?)
I've owned this mouse for over a year now. Didn't have much expectations before buying it, I just wanted a mouse with at least 5 extra buttons to use for playing games like Spiderman and Witcher 3 that require a lot of combos to be used. I thought I'd upgrade to an MMO mouse later on when this one inevitably stops working.
I subjected this mouse to a ton of rough use. I'd throw it in my stuffed backpack, lug it around everywhere, managed to spill some water on it too, but it held up through all of my abuse as if to mock me. I still have it, the lights still work, all of the buttons still work, it's as good as I can expect it to be.
The software is okay, doesn't look as good as the other brands but it does the job.
The only con I can think of is that the texture of the mouse makes it easy to pick up dust and specks. It also gets a bit sticky when exposed to water and it doesn't really allow you to clean it also. I've gotten used to it but people who only use mouses with a matte finish might find it odd.
In one word.. Perfect!
I’m extremely satisfied with the DITI K585 Pro Wireless. Fast response time, comfortable key layout, great RGB lighting, and stable wireless connection. Perfect for FPS games – my reaction time noticeably improved. Excellent value for money. What I couldn’t solve was quickly handled by Redragon support. The support was really fast, and my issue was resolved in just two emails.
Lighting looks good, default keys sound nice, but are lighter than I like - sometimes while playing games I pressed a key by resting my fingers too heavily. Replacing switches was extremely difficult.
I was honestly surprised how good these speakers, I like the way I can put them together as an assembly. Very happy.
