Nearly a month later I am yet to receive this item, but am receiving prompts to leave a review so here goes. Redragon were unable to complete this order and are now telling me to contact the third party they contracted for delivery to resolve this issue myself. Ridiculous. I do not recommend purchasing from Redragon

I have had this mouse for over a year now and I love it

Good mouse, great customer service

First of all, the mouse is a little plastic-y, not an issue, per se, just a thing that I've noticed. That said, it works down right flawlessly, once you understand the software. The lights are programmable, the buttons can be changed to whatever you need, including macros, and it has no lag or disconnection issues so far (unless you are holding down the rapid fire button on a chrome web page, but I assume that is Chrome's fault).

As for the customer service, I have two recommendations: one, do not use Amazon shipping, avoid it like the plage, cause they can and possibly will loose your package (twice, in my case). Two, if you do, make sure you have the customer support email on standby, because they are infinitely helpful, and exceedingly kind when helping me get both packages.
