Worst customer service

I made a keyboard order It doesn t arrived. I receive a tracking number from a company that was not the one to delivery It. I contactes again and again because i didnt receive my order...they ask me a new dirección i sent It three times and all they tell me is that i didnt answer the email! I want the keyboard or my money back

Great combo

Been looking into a low cost mechanical keyboard to update my set up. The k628 & m693 combo does exactly that.

While the 75% layout has a learning curve (especially if you're coming from a larger keyboard), it is minimal. The only complaint I have would be the lack of dedicated del key (need to press fn +.) otherwise this is a smooth typing keyboard which fits my space wonderfully.

No complaints with the mouse.

It's all plug and play, and the single dongle is brilliant for saving on us ports.

I'd love to be able to get a spare dongle, and would have liked to see a usb-c dongle as an option.
