Amazing service, great product

Bought this fort my son to game with. Was missing a part on arrival. I contacted customer service and they were quick and efficient at getting back to me. They sent me a replacement and have been stuck a pleasure to work with. My son loves the mouse; it's comfortable and responsive and it was priced reasonably.

Gute Maus mit vielen Tasten

Ich selbst finde die Maus echt gut, liegt angenehm in der Hand und hatte bisher keine wirklich Probleme. Allerdings gibt es drei Sachen, die ich etwas schade finde...
Zum einen muss man für RGB die Maus extra an machen, auch wenn sie per Kabel verbunden ist (funktioniert aber per Kabel immer), zum anderen kann ich die DPI Knöpfe in der Software nicht belegen. Die Software generell erfüllt zwar ihren Zweck, aber die Profile muss ich erst an der Maus wechseln, bevor ich diese in der Software einstellen kann. Etwas nervig, aber ist okay.

Alles in allem ist das eine meiner Meinung nach sehr solide Maus und für den Preis auch echt gut verarbeitet. Auch wenn natürlich ein Großteil leider nur aus Plastik besteht. Dennoch fühlen sich die Knöpfe und alles gut in der Hand an.

Solid Mouse with Room for Improvement

I love how many buttons this mouse has. It’s great for setting up all my keybinds. The 1k polling rate is solid, and the software lets you do everything you’d need, like setting binds, creating macros, and customizing the lighting. My only real complaint is the keypad placement. When I hold the mouse, my thumb doesn’t quite sit comfortably on it. If they moved it just a bit forward, this would easily be a 5-star mouse. Other than that, I really like it.
