Bought this as a Gift- Was Told it Works Great!

I bought this as a gift for my fiancee. She needed a new headset as hers wasn't working to her liking. ///// First point of reference, here: I DID NOT BUY THIS FOR THE MICROPHONE! She and I use external microphones, so the fact this headset has a detachable mic was a definite plus! ///// It came in, and we got her dongle plugged in and synced with 0 issues on a Windows 11 machine. She's reported clear, crisp, and MUCH better sound than her old headset. ///// She was worried about comfortability, but she also reports that it fits nice and snug on her rather small head, with the cups focusing the sound of whatever video or music she's listening to perfectly in her sound holes. ///// Another of her comparisons was connectivity distance. Her PC is in the front corner of the living room of the house. Her old headset would lose connection in less than 15 feet, with no obstruction. This headset maintains connection with at least 20 feet, for her, into the bedroom, on the opposite corner of the house, through several walls. Definite improvement! ///// On a personal note: I see a lot of complaints about the microphone. We haven't tested hers to confirm those concerns. So buying this for the mic is, entirely up to you. However, if you're looking for a low-priced multi-connection option sound accessory- this is definitely a decent choice!

Great Sound But Disappointed

The sound is loud and crisp and amazing as a gamer. However, I bought this for its ability to be wireless and unfortunately that quality is not good. The minute I remove the wired part and use the fob to connect bluetooth, it goes all robotic and crackly. Total letdown. So now I am stuck with yet ANOTHER wired headset. If you are okay with being wired in then definitely get it! The sound quality is superb (as long as you are tethered to your PC)

Super lightweight and cute

This headset is very lightweight and doesn’t dig into your head like some heavier ones tend to do. The ear cups are comfortable but are not noise-canceling, so it’s useful if you still need to be aware of your surroundings. Sound quality is decent for casual gaming and videos. The build does feel very plasticky but overall for the price point, it’s a good headset.
