Upon opening the package, I noticed the box was smushed. However, I didn't pay much attention to it because, as long as the keyboard was fine, I was happy. Upon seeing the keyboard for the first time, it was evident that it had been used; the WASD keys had a decent amount of grease on them. Upon closer inspection, I was somewhat grossed out. There was flaky white stuff and even hair under the keycaps. I was confused because nowhere on the description page or specifications did it mention prior use, only "open box" (at least where I could easily access the information). I cleaned up the keyboard with a microfiber cloth and some alcohol wipes for the keycaps. The keyboard still worked, it was just super dirty and not well kept by the previous owner. While I understand this item is not eligible for exchange or return, please specify if something has been used rather than simply labeled as "open box" so customers know what to expect when their package arrives.
