Exactly what I wanted

My old corded 7.1 headset was a walking dodo gene pool: extinction was closing in... plenty of software will do surround over stereo, so a 7.1 price tag wasn't realistic... these were the right price... they sound great.. each feature works as expected... Very Happy

Sounds quality was better than expected. ANC cool feature and works ok. Good mic quality and lightweight. Minimalist and inexpensive compared to other brands offerings with the same specs. Works fine with my iPhone Mac and Windows machines

Poor noise canceling, and volume cannot be reduced enough

While these do have ANC, you get a lot of inner ear "pressure" from it, which is not very comfortable. The headphones themselves are pretty comfortable to wear, with enough interior space for the outer ear. However, everything is just too loud. I set the volume to its lowest level on my PC and phone, yet these are just too loud. There's no way to get them any quieter, it seems.
