Shift-key, Ctrl-key, and other Fn keys not allowed in macro key G1-5 programming

You are not allowed to include any shift-key, Ctrl-key, Alt-key or Fn-key in the macro key G1-5 programming.
The web-based or desktop software do NOT support macro key G1-5 programming neither.
So, for example, I cannot program a macro key to produce Ctrl-C (Ctrl-key not accepted) or any email address as the '@' entry is recorded as '2' instead since the Shift-key is not accepted in the macro program.
That is the whole point of buying this keyboard. And, returning it you have to pay your own shipment. Bad return policy.
