It was broken when I got it, and they refused to give me a refund. They said they could give me $15 store credit, but that I could sell it to someone else if I wanted my money back.

Love this! It’s comfortable and has great sound quality. If your looking for a headset then I would 100 percent recommend this one

This headset it's just awesome,not small and making my head hurt or not loose it's just comfortable.Seals your ears very good It's great for listening music and in games you can hear every background noise too.Watching movies it's okay it's a little weird beacuse sounds and voices are deeper in tone and there too you can hear every background sounds too very clear,lights are fire you can change it to still lights and wave lights and you can also turn it off

I would recomend.The price is fair for the headset.

Bought this as a backup for my Razors as they were showing signs of giving up after 7 years of nearly daily use. Once I figured out how to plug them to make them work (thanks for no instruction leaflet in box), I thought they were pretty decent. Comfy, the controls buttons could be clearer, but for the price, they were OK. 2 months later, the RGB lighting is bust, I didn't even drop the headset nor was the cord caught in my chair (the Razor passed that test handsdown à 100times with flying colours). Checker the soldered connections but they seem fine. Can't return them as I bought on Amazon and they're not listed anymore so they don't appear in my purchase history. Normally, a product should last a minimum duration for reasonable use.
That product doesn't clearly isn't made tough. Shame as I liked the feature.
