I purchased this keyboard because it has wireless capabilities. And I love the design, the lights and the option to create macros. Very easy to find any needed function. Recommend 100%

Good quality, with a red switch is little noisy, but not with normal usage. The sound starts getting stronger while i start typing as fast as i can, but i think it is mechanical keyboard peculiarity. I love it, it has strong enough battery. I dont use programmable buttons, but it is useful. I really like the sound roll, i think it is the most comfortable property at all. It is UK allocation , i using HU settings, and i hit mistake some times.. but here was the cheapest, so i can deal with it. My problem is a small enter button, i seen it while i order, so it is my “fault”.i always prefer és, and used big enter instead of small. I think , i have to used to, and my skill will grow up to using small enter button.

Bought it on Black Friday with a discount. The price was GREAT for a wireless, illuminated keyboard with macro functions and a volume wheel.

This review is after a couple of days of use and some customization. Still hyped! :)

Contents of the box: 5/5 Very complete
Ofcourse the keyboard is there, and the dongle. But also a Keycap-puller and switch remover (but a small screwdriver worked faster). Quick start guide. Some spare red switches. Would have gotten 6/5 when there where some brown and blue switches in the box to advertise those. Would probably result in some extra switch sales. :)

Switches: No real score - this is so personal.
I bought Linear Red switches because reviews raved about them being the best. Well... these reds are so fast that even looking at them seems to press a button! Great for gaming but not ideal for typing. So, I switched the letter keys to Brown switches and some special keys like Win, Caps, and \ to Blue clicky switches (so I know when I've pressed them accidentally). :) I kept the rest fast Red for now. It types like a dream, and I get great feedback from the keys I press.

Connectivity: 5/5
It connects easily via the dongle or Bluetooth. Plug and play. No drivers needed on Mac and Win 10. Switching between Mac and PC modes is seamless.

Macro Recording: 4/5
I’d love for macros to be able to record/program/replay media key functions. I really appreciate that macros are stored IN the keyboard, allowing them to be replayed on another computer.

Macro editing can be done via software, and recording can be done directly on the keyboard. However, it records timing, so you need to type fast when recording. Maybe there’s a way to change that, but I’ll need to dive back into the manual and settings. :)

Customizability: 4/5
First of all, the hot-swappable switches are awesome!

I love the customizable colors and adjustable brightness. The lighting effect isn’t as bright as a wired Corsair K70 at max brightness, but it’s clearly visible in my office. The letters are much brighter than the max brightness on a Logitech G510.

It’s very customizable, but I have even more wishes :)

1) Advanced RGB Effects:
I’d love an RGB effect where the letters are rainbow-colored, while special keys (Shift, Tab, numpad) have customizable colors per group. I haven’t figured out how to do that yet — maybe I’m missing something? Hoping for a future update that adds more advanced lighting effects!

Example: Default rainbow, but pressing Enter or Shift sends a red wave across the keyboard. Devs, get creative and add feedback-based lighting effects!

2) Volume Wheel Speed:
The volume wheel feels a bit slow. Turning half the length of my index finger only brings the volume from 0% to 75%. I’d prefer it to go all the way to 100%. Maybe this is customizable?

Software: 3/5
I initially downloaded the wrong software version, and it didn’t recognize my keyboard. After reinstalling the correct version, everything worked flawlessly. So, don't be like me and pay attention when downloading.

The macro editor could be greatly improved, and RGB customization could be more intuitive (maybe allow sharing rgb-layouts online like macro's?).

What I realy miss is the possibility to assign a macro to the G keys. What am I missing?

I also would like a simple function to set all keypress delays to zero (or something like 2ms. Exporting the Macro's does not give me an editable TXT file, but something I can not edit. Would give me a workaround for that but no.

Batterylife: ?/5 Not sure yet. But so far no issues; been typing for 2 days without recharging. Ask me again in a couple of months.

Value for money: 5/5
I also have used a Corsair k70, Logitech G and MX boards, also some other cheap ones; some with macro recording and Illuminated keys. This has got it al. For a nice price. Love the low profile.

Please implement better/more advanced macro functionality for this board. Would give 6/5 rating :D

/rant

Macro keys G1-G5 can't be edited in software making them almost useless. Custom profiles can only be switched from the desktop app. Custom "Self-Define" lighting is limited with no way to modify the lights when modifier keys are pressed to help with remembering custom key configurations.

No issues with regular use other than the software gripes. Could be better even at this price point.

Horus pro keyboard has very nice typing feel with red switches. Rgb customizable back light is the best. I wish the wireless connection had a better range.unfortunatwly it only works for me when i plug the adopter in from usb port closer to the keyboard.
