It’s really nice to have a set of keycaps to switch out. I LOVE the keyboard
The keyboard came with the items needed to change the key caps and another set if you didn’t like the original color. The software of the Redragon app connected easily with the keyboard. The package arrived faster than expected and in good condition.

These guys knocked it out of the park with this one!Really high quality keyboard that works and looks incredible! Materials and construction are excellent - everything feels completely solid and fit and finish are perfect. It has a USB-C detachable cable which is really convenient. And best of all, this is a true, full-sized mechanical switch keyboard (red keyswitches). Typing on it is a dream! Because the key switches can be swapped out, Redragon went the extra distance and provides a bunch of additional keyswitches and a FULL SET of alternate keycaps. The colors provided allow you to keep mixed key colors, or go all white, or all grey, or create your own custom combination. Finally, because this is a gamer keyboard (not to mention an excellent keyboard for professional typists) it can do a WILD set of light shows - they all look great and there is a huge number of different styles (including some interactive ones where the keys light up only when you press them).This is now my primary and absolutely favorite keyboard!
I like this keyboard. The sound dampening really works, so many keyboards sound hollow and underbuilt. While the shell of this keyboard is a bit more flexible than I would like, but it sounds higher quality. The only real complaints I have is the side LEDs staying on when the computer is off, with no way to turn them off. Except for making a BIOS change to turn of the charge function of the USB ports. Also, the white in the RGB for the keys is more Pink than white. I like the fact that it includes a full set of keycaps to exchange out if you like. Just don't plan on using the included keycap remover. As some of the caps are recessed into the frame that you can't get it under the keys. You will probably have to resort to a couple small screwdrivers. Not the best scenario. I suppose if you are going to change some of the keys, then you will figure out a way.
Overall it is a nice well made keyboard, despite the flaws. In fact I'm typing this review on it right now. And it will probably remain my daily driver on my main system, for now. Oh, and one more thing, they USB C cable they supplied, is too short, at least for me. It is 5 feet long, but I needed a bit longer. Luckily, I have a bunch of USB A to C cables that gave me the extra length and it is a nice cable than what was supplied.
