G1-5 column needs to be disabled

I wanted to replace my old K550 keyboard (red) with more tactile switches, but unfortunately I just couldn't write on the new layout with the left-most G1-G5 column..
It messes with my keystroke muscle memory and I need to look way to often at the keyboard.
Tried to map Gx key to the closes normal key (e.g. Shift), but the macro implementaion on Vishnu is different than my Yama.. It does not store key press, delay and release, just a keystroke and fixed delay.
Couldn't find a workaround to disable the G1-G5 row, mapped them to an esc, but it was just too much hassle and switched back to my Yama keyboard.. unfortunately it seems not hot swappable, so couldn't even use the new brown mx keys.

Description does not mention you get keycap puller, key puller, several brown keys in the package. It was nice.

Overall not a bad keyboard, just didn't work for me

Excellent compact keyboard

I was looking for a keyboard without the number pad to allow additional space for my mouse. Very happy with this purchase. It is very sturdy and feels great in use. One note, I have accidentally hit G5 when trying to use the control button a few times. Will need to retrain my brain a bit there.

My dad gave it to me as a gift, and the sound is perfect gave me a lot of skill in games, prefer buying it

Great Keyboard

Really great keyboard, but the software is not working. The software is named K596, but when you try to install it's the one for K588. Please fix this.The PRO one doesn't work with Wired one, it will stuck on a "Please connect your device." loop.
