Really good for the price. Comfortable to wear.

Easy to setup, and worked immediately. Eat cups are large and I can wear my hearing aids underneath which I generally cannot do with a headset. Sound quality is excellent and clear of any junk noises that sometimes show up in wireless sets.
Very happy with it.
If they ever remodel it I would love to see the On/Off button have a different shape so you know for sure you are pushing on that button, same with the mic on/off button. Hardly a big deal as the more I use it the more used I get to the button locations. Hard to beat for the price.

audio is very good surround sound is a little odd minimal noise cancelation pads are soft however headset is very small i could not get it to fit on my head without it pulling on my ears and pushing into my skull even with the ident i have in my skull from lets say a accident that let me get it further down nesting it in there all around a decent headset if you have a smaller head

the audio quality is great and the pads are real nice however the bands dont come out very far so i almost coudnt fit it past my ears at all which i dont know if thats cause i have a big head however this is the first headset ive had a problem in that regard, also theres not much isolation from outside sound which could be a bonus for some as the audio is clear enough you can hear both the game and your surroundings. as with "most" headsets that include a mic its pretty bad would honestly be better just to not have it as unless its a xbox kid most people i know use external mics for better quality anyway. havent had it long enough to test charge or durability as im gonna return it cause i almost cant fit it with it pressing into my skull otherwise nice headset
