Solid Mouse with Room for Improvement

I love how many buttons this mouse has. It’s great for setting up all my keybinds. The 1k polling rate is solid, and the software lets you do everything you’d need, like setting binds, creating macros, and customizing the lighting. My only real complaint is the keypad placement. When I hold the mouse, my thumb doesn’t quite sit comfortably on it. If they moved it just a bit forward, this would easily be a 5-star mouse. Other than that, I really like it.

Great mouse for gaming.

I've owned this mouse for a few months now. Bought it from Redragon through Amazon. Everything came in well and the mouse has been extremely responsive with every input. Side buttons are mainly for MMO gaming in my opinion, and you can sometimes fat finger them when you use them, but I think they're pretty handy when you program them. The software is also pretty nice, letting you customize the DPI for each level. The battery life for wireless mode is also great, and it's so nice to be able to just recharge it without the need of buying batteries. Overall it's a pretty solid mouse.

I wanted to like this mouse but I was disappointed

I had the G502 and I wanted more buttons. This seemed like a really good mouse. I liked the design, I liked the side buttons, and the descriptions kept telling me it's "professional" level. Thought it was really good for the price so I bought it.

I've been using it for a couple hours and I'm very annoyed. Constantly, the mouse either doesn't register movement or it skips to the other side of the screen. The sensor seems to be very unreliable. The "advanced" settings in the software are not very advanced either. The side buttons are the only thing saving this from being a 1 star.

whether it is the software or the hardware at, fault I'm quite displeased, which is a shame because it looked promising, especially because of all the good reviews. Looks like I have to back to the G502 for now.
