Lights flicker like crazy (was sent replacement edited review)

EDIT: I contacted support. I was promptly sent a replacement. The new keyboard works fine. Support was quick to reply and address my complaints.I am updating my review from 1 to 4 stars. I love the keyboard I only wish that Redragons QC had caught the problem in the first place.

Original Review: I like the actual keyboard but the lights go crazy. very distracting and disappointing. I have to shut lights off. Lesson learned to look at reviews from now on.
