From M908 to M913: Love the Hardware, Miss the Features

The IMPACT ELITE M913 is an excellent mouse—comfortable, responsive, and well-built. I’ve really enjoyed using it, and the hardware feels top quality. I customized all the buttons on the side to keyboard shortcuts making spreadsheet work or frankly anything that involves cut, copy, paste, a lot easier.

My main critique is with the companion software: the interface is extremely small and hard to read, and I hope future updates improve scaling. Button customization is also limited. I had the Redragon M908 Impact that was capable of the DPI buttons being reassigned, switching between multiple profiles, and setting colors. I really liked those functions and thought I would get them included with a more expensive mouse, but sadly that was not the case. I like the portability of this usb version as the wire on my last one didn't last and was more difficult to pack. I do like how the package this one came in was basically a hard carrying case itself (although a bit difficult to open).

Overall, the mouse itself is fantastic, but better software support and customizability would make it truly top-tier.

Great purchase

My previously purchased mouse was the non-wireless version and i must say both were excellent. The wireless version is much more handy though. My only wish would be that it'd warn me when battery is low but otherwise it's great. If I keep the software on then I can check at any moment what the battery % is. Being able to use it whilst charging it is really nice as well, i never end up mouse-less. Overall easy to use, plenty buttons to press if needed and the design is nice too. You can select which colour it glows too.
