Pretty useless

I wanted to try something new out after having used the Steelseries Zboard Merc Stealth after 10+ years.

This is not the gaming pad. It's not even close to being comfortable or good. Some keys are just in terrible positions or are just too big.

The software that it doesn't come with and is very difficult to find online does not work. At least it generally works out of the box. But the G1-5 keys don't work at all without the software.

I had really high hopes for this, but honestly don't waste your money.

It didn't work at first because of the app, but the support service was helpful and now it's ok. It does the job.

Keys feel great! Layout is very great! Highly recommend!

Great Hall Effect Keypad

This is a great keypad and one of the few that actually have 5 function keys and a great overall layout. The Hall effect keys are ultra responsive and feel great.
One major complaint, The software for the mechanical version of these keypad allows you to remap the macro keys via the app. For some reason the magnetic key version forces you to set the macro keys on the keyboard itself using the physical record button. Is there something substantially different about the macro keys that they can't also be bound using the software? It is rather annoying, especially if you want to bind a macro key that is not one of the keys present on the actual keyboard. If not for the magnetic keys, I would have probably stuck with the other version instead.
