Great product, horrible A.I/quality control.

As the title implies, the keyboard itself is great however my customer experience hasn't been the best. First the A.I told me that my order wasn't in stock when it seemed to be on the website and it gave me my options, I choose to exchange the keyboard for a different one that was in stock but the A.I then told me that the new one I choose wasn't in stock but the original one was... Not a very great experience for me especially cause my order didn't have the advertised keycap puller.
Other than that it's a legitimately good product but I can't say I recommend it after this far below average customer experience.

Behemoth K724 Pro

This is my first mechanical keyboard that i have. It is surprisingly creamy and has very bright RGB. I love that fact that it has a screen. You could even tune the RGB so that it is suited for gaming. In fact, I’m using the K724 to type this.

Almost perfect

Everything in terms of function and build quality are great.

I just happened to get two that clearly came with a glitch in the firmware that prevents them from charging when they put themselves to sleep.

If not for that, this would be a 5 star product.

I've bought a lot of red dragon keyboards and mice over the years, and this is the first time I've had any problem. And customer service went to great lengths to try to make it right, including sending me a new one, then emailing me an attempt at a firmware fix that unfortunately didn't help.

Then they gave me a refund and told me to keep both at no charge because they couldn't fix the problem.

I can't get that kind of customer service for things I paid extra for a warranty on, so they get 4 stars here.

I can still use the keyboards just fine so long as I keep it on to charge, which requires it to be plugged into the computer directly and in USB mode.

2.4ghz and Bluetooth mode work fine, but they aggressively go into sleep mode and stop charging.

I can't help but think they'll be correcting that at the factory and newer releases will kame be working correctly
