This is an excellent, well priced keyboard. I use it for typing, not gaming. It is not perfect - it is a low profile keyboard, which, for me at least, does not give quite the typing "confidence" of a full profile keyboard - but that is as expected. As a low profile keyboard it is good enough, and it travels well since it is lightweight and, well, low profile. The three connection modes are great and versatile. And it comes well equipped, with extra switches, a cable, and extra keycaps. Very reasonable price. Recommended.
This wireless keyboard is fully compatible with Mac & PC and is a great solution for both productivity and gaming.
The Redragon K652 75% Wireless RGB Mechanical Keyboard is a great option for those looking for a compact, portable, and affordable mechanical keyboard. It features a 75% layout, which means it's smaller than a full-size keyboard but still has all of the essential keys. The keyboard is also wireless, so you can use it with your computer or laptop without having to worry about cables getting in the way.
The K652 uses low-profile mechanical switches, which are designed to be more comfortable to type on than traditional mechanical switches. They're also quieter, which is great if you're working in a shared space. The keyboard has RGB backlighting, which you can customize to your liking.
In terms of build quality, the K652 is well-made and feels solid. The aluminum top plate gives it a premium look and feel. The keyboard also has a detachable USB-C cable, which makes it easy to transport.
Red Dragon, a company that has a lot of experience in gaming keyboards and mice! That experience shows in the design and function on this new keyboard, and frankly it rocks!
First off, just look at everything they include in the box! No keyboard I ever got, mechanical or otherwise, has ever included a whole extra set of key caps, and then some (the orange ones) on top of that! They also include 4 extra key switches, a key puller, and stickers.
I don't want to repeat everything other reviewers or the product description says, as the specs of this keyboard are well documented here. I just want to tell you my experience.
It was great! I used it in wired mode on a Windows 11 computer. This is how I would normally use it since I mainly am a PC gamer. This is the first smaller keyboard I have ever tried as all the others have been full size ones. I do like it, but going from a full size keyboard to this one will have an adjustment period.
That said, I found it easy and comfortable to use. I can see a big bonus in smaller keyboards as once you get use to them, typing would be faster as it would require less hand movement. The keyboard I got has brown switches and I think these are my new favorite switch. They seem quieter to me than the red switches I am use to using, which is weird cause they shouldn't be (but they are). The brown switches and and the low profile key caps were just a pleasure to type or game on.
Being a smaller keyboard it is quite light and easy to move, although when placed where you want it, it does not move during use due to the rubber pads on the bottom. It is very good if you have a computer desk with a pullout tray like I do for your keyboard/mouse, as it gives you much more room to move your mouse than a full size keyboard does.
The rgb lights look great! It was hard to capture how good they look as I was in sunlit room at the time, but they are very nice!
I have no cons. Build quality is solid and excellent! This is a great, compact, gaming or general use keyboard! I'd would purchase this again, and I am thankful to have the one I do now!
