Was having issues with my onboard audio and purchased this headset. At first I was getting very laggy audio using Bluetooth, but that turned out to be user error since I didn't have the antennae installed on my motherboard, but once I got that done, the audio is perfect. Headset is very lightweight, and I love the volume controls on the headset itself. Would for sure buy again if needed.

OMG this is probably the best update they did to the MIRA h868 so I said that I lost my USB and all the controls are useless. Now they made an update where you can just use Bluetooth now all the controls are USEFUL THANK YOU REDRAGON!!!!

The headphones sound quality weren’t the best in comparison to even a cheap set of turtle beach wired headphones. The microphone quality was also not good. The customer service is excellent though.

Product was misleading, it made it seem like it would work wirelessly across platforms but it didn’t work wirelessly with my xbox, only through wired connection. When I tried to refund it, the company offered me $8 even though the website says you get a full refund if you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase. Won’t be getting anything from this company again.

I recently lost my USB and I have been trying to turn on but it wont because after I put the wired cord to it it turns off and also the mic wont work either without a USB so now most of the controls are useless
