Honestly, I would give this store/website 10 stars if I could. I'm very happy with my keyboard purchase. It's been working very well. I swapped the keycaps of my choice and the swapping was a breeze. The price was so reasonable. It's very comfortable to type. I like the sound of it. I love the rainbow color lighting as I type. I'm using this keyboard at my workplace. It gives me a color to the dull office environment. Most of all, I as so surprised with the amazing customer service. They responded to my inquiry almost immediately. Good Mechanical for 1st timers

This was my first official mechanical keyboard and I use it daily for work. I love the sound and the fact that you can hot swap and switch the keys with ease. It’s not super heavy either. I love using it for my day to day work. The cost wasn’t too bad either considering some of the other set ups I’ve seen!
