Product was misleading, it made it seem like it would work wirelessly across platforms but it didn’t work wirelessly with my xbox, only through wired connection. When I tried to refund it, the company offered me $8 even though the website says you get a full refund if you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase. Won’t be getting anything from this company again.

I recently lost my USB and I have been trying to turn on but it wont because after I put the wired cord to it it turns off and also the mic wont work either without a USB so now most of the controls are useless

Works great

I mostly use it for work…the mic is a little quiet but other thank that it is super comfortable and can be worn all day. No sound issues whatsoever so ever. But let me repeat that the mic is a little quiet for the people on the other end.

Excellent quality

The sound quality with this headset is excellent! A lot of headsets squash my ears, which starts to hurt after a while, this headset fits over my ears which is great! No more painful earlobe! They charge fairly quickly too and the battery lasts for hours.
