Keyboard keep switching the rgb board and there is no support unless you install useless software or give your personal info.

Got this for my son after he did all his research. He is amazed by how cool this keyboard is!

forever waiting for a firmware update that allows you to just use the scroll wheel for volume control when the thing is idle. secondly and easily remedied the switches were bone dry and you could hear the springs squeaking on some keys. but after some lube this keyboard looks feels and sounds great
