Had some issues with my first unit.
Support super helpful. Got my unit replaced instantly.
I havent been able to use it because im playing on ps5 and it recgonizes it as a mouse instead of a keyboard i would like to get a replacement but i do not know how

I’ve used the FIZZ K617 keyboard for a few weeks now, and I really enjoy using it. I was initially a bit skeptical of the “magnetic” switches. However, I ended up really enjoying them, it feels ever so slightly heavier than cherry mx red switches, which I feel is better for typing.
I’m not a RGB/LED guy, but it was a pretty nice additional feature to have. The keyboard was also very portable, lighter than any of my keyboards that I currently own right now.
The delivery was lightning fast, no delays whatsoever. Overall, Redragon is probably one of the best budget keyboard brands out there.
