FAQ

How do I know if a key is working?
Press the key — it turns red (Active) while held. Release it and it turns green (Tested), confirming detection. A key staying dark after pressing may be unresponsive or damaged.
What's the difference between keyboard sizes?
60% is just the core alphanumeric keys — compact and portable. 65% adds a right-side column with arrow keys and Delete. 75% adds the function row (F1–F12). TKL is full-size minus the numpad. 100% includes everything including the numpad.
What is keyboard ghosting?
Ghosting occurs when a keyboard fails to register certain key combinations — typically when 3+ keys are pressed simultaneously. Redragon mechanical keyboards support N-Key Rollover (NKRO), registering every key no matter how many are held at once.
What is N-Key Rollover (NKRO)?
N-Key Rollover means every key press is independently detected even when all keys are held simultaneously. Critical for fast-paced gaming. Most Redragon keyboards support full NKRO over USB.
Why isn't the tester detecting my keys?
Most likely the page doesn't have browser focus. Click anywhere on the page first, then try again. Browser extensions that capture keyboard shortcuts may also interfere — try disabling them temporarily.
My Redragon keyboard has an unresponsive key — what should I do?
Use this tester to confirm which key is failing. Check if the switch is hot-swappable (most Redragon boards support this) and reseat it. Check Redragon software for remapped keys. If the issue persists, contact Redragon support — all keyboards include a manufacturer warranty.
