got it as a tier gift. lighting on it is nice but that's all. it connected once to my phone but never worked. It would always disconnect and not charge, despite being plugged in for a full day.

Definitely A Dud, but Customer Service top notch

I got these on sale to potentially replace my lost Raycons. The size and shape were identical and comfortable to wear. However, I had a difficult time getting my devices to recognize the earbuds. I finally reached out to the customer service and they immediately responded to give me some things to try. I was able to pair it, however, it wouldn't hold a charge and would immediately shut off after wearing it for less than 5 minutes despite being properly seated in the charger overnight. I wanted to like these and contacted customer service again, they apologized for the inconvenience and refunded my purchase. Two stars for the product, 5 stars for the customer service and prompt responses. I get it, not every product is going to work for everyone, it's how you respond to the customer that makes the company go a long way. Excellent job on that, folx.

Quality control should be improved significantly

I was given this pair as a gift when I reached the Elite rank in the gift program. At the beginning I was a little bit excited when I opened the package, but, after waiting a long period of charging (6 hours checking if they were charging every 2 hours), the battery of the headphones did not charge at all, it did not exceed 10%. I feel very disappointed in the LTC brand for allowing this kind of problems in products that I understand they use to promote themselves and get more fans, but the only thing they achieve with this kind of situation is that I avoid anything with LTC in the name.

Bass?!

I thought they were okay especially for the price and the lighting was very nice in the bass talk all very good for budget.

Bought 3 pairs

I have bought 3 pairs of these and the black ones have never worked with sound. The white pair works really great and my son and I fight over them. Good sound and are comfortable to wear. Super bummed that the blacks ones would only light up, but not play sound.
