Great over all

Ordered an open box keyboard and it didn't come with a cord, contacted customer support and they gave me a gift card. over all though the keyboard works great ( I'm using it to wright this). customer support was very helpful and I'm very pleased with the product.

Great device.

My desk is small, so it fits perfectly. It gets a bit confusing the arrow 'w-s-a-d' + Fn, as well as 'Fn + ?' combination to delete. Nevertheless, the built quality and clean, soft RGB, largely compensate the inconvenience. It sounds as good (or better) than the 1957 Remington Quiet-Riter. Excellent product.

It is really good and fast the only bad thing is when I press number 5 it jumps on fortnite

Keyboard was broken but Customer Support was awesome and they sent a replacement within a week!

I had an issue with the keyboard's wireless functionality and it seemed like a part was not functioning right but I contacted support and they were quick to send a replacement. Very nice customer service and very comfortable to work with. Thank you Redragon!
