I have Alcor K717 with the White-Black keycaps and when I flashed the firmware from your website, the RGB lighting of my keyboard is gone. Your public firmware for this keyboard has issue, I don't know if this issue only exists for the White-Black variant of the Alcor K717. Can you contact me from my email and please can you give me the fix or the default firmware for my keyboard.

I am very pleased with the quality, sound, and lighting of this keyboard, not to mention how longlasting the battery life is on it. Couldn't recommend this keyboard more if you are looking for a great budget option.

Didn’t got the points so I’m commenting again, this is a pretty solid keyboard for the price. It doesn’t has all the features of a normal keyboard cause it’s 60% but you can't ask for more for the price
