Love this keyboard

I have had redragon keyboards before. I think they are the best and longest lasting I have ever used. l love the feel look would never go back to any other brand. been a daily user of computers since 1981. By far the best ones i have used

K550 Macro programming

So far I have been somewhat satisfied with this keyboard. The first negative critique I have about it, is that when moving my left hand from the position of my fingers on the f,d,s,& a keys and then back, it is not a natural feel to reposition my fingers to those keys. There was something about the Logitech keyboards that almost instantaneously placed my fingers back on those keys without having to look at the keyboard.

Second negative critique is in attempting to program a simple macro. I made a macro for a game I play and wanted this macro to run continuously until I stopped it. But was unable to figure out how to stop the macro once it was activated aside from either unplugging the keyboard or restarting my PC.

Aside from the 2 negative critiques, I do like the keystroke response and how fast they activate. Feels very similar to a typewriter (yes, I am that old).

Not that good for typing

Not very ergonomic. Lifts the back side very little, and for practical usage, I had to put the back on top of other items to lift it high enough.
The key caps design uses not that easy to read font, and makes the keyboard more difficult to use.
The keyboard comes with practically no manual for the special features, leaving us to guess how to program the gaming keys for example, or what the second USB cable is for.
Altogether mixed experience.

The board itself is of high quality, and the LED effects are sharp and bright. The only complaint I have is that the switches are abysmal and were immediately replaced with Holy Panda x Redragon tactile switches. It became easily 100x better.
