Horus-K618 (Pro) Wireless Keyboard (Blue Switches)

Tldr: Everything i wanted (almost) as an upgrade to the regular k618 model

I bought this keyboard as an upgraded model to the k618 regular wireless keyboard I have at the moment and it is substantially better in every way. Larger battery lasts for multiple days even with the rgb on compared to older model which lasted about a full day of work with the rgb on. The keystrokes feel much smoother. Overall construction feels more solid. No issues with skipping keystrokes or wireless connectivity problems. I had to replace several keys in the regular k618 i had as the keystrokes were not working properly and skipping some keystrokes until i did. It was not much of an issue since that keyboard (and this one) both include extra switches in box, but this one working straight out of the box flawlessly is certainly a better experience.

My only real complaint is that the addition of mac support has moved the "media" keys from the circle buttons under the volume slider to now being function keys across f5-f10. was much easier to just press one of the circle buttons and i wish the software would allow you to remap those circle button keys so i could map it to be like the older model.

Overall an extremely solid keyboard for the price, Personally i dont think you can get much better without going into true custom mechanical keyboards at triple the price. Extremely impressed compared to the old model which was impressive coming from a generic logitech wireless keyboard. Connectivity to multiple devices at the press of a button is also a nice feature. Also being a full size keyboard is great versus the 85% models. Keycaps are nice and keystrokes themselves feel smooth and tactile.

No major issues to speak of as of writing this and i have had the keyboard for about a month now. If you are looking for an entry level mechanical keyboard while still being very solid quality I would suggest this model. No issues using it gaming in wireless mode with latency issues and if that is a concern for you you can still use it in wired mode through usbc as well.

Side note they should change the listing on their website to the pro model as it was a bit confusing as to whether or not i was ordering the new model or the same one i already had, but this is in fact for the PRO version.

Awesome keyboard

Love this keyboard it’s nice that you can do Bluetooth a dongle or wired connection.

Is the 2nd time I order and I love it I lost my usb for my 1st keyboard had it for 2 yrs no complaints at all worked perfect k passed it on to my son and got new one with mouse love both

This keyboard is fully metal and i love that, the only problem i have is that its not an 85% keyboard it being a full keyboard takes up a little more room then expected but overall great keyboard

Bought this as a gift for my 18 year old who specifically asked for “rbg” with “satisfying clicking”. Really had no idea what I was looking for, took a chance and picked this and my kid is obsessed!

And for the record, the clickety clacks of the keys are SUPER satisfying
