Facebook Data Deletion Instructions
Redragon respects your privacy and gives you control over your personal information.
If you have used Facebook Login to sign in to your Redragon customer account and would like to request deletion of the data associated with your Facebook Login, you can follow the instructions below.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data associated with Facebook Login:

Send an email to support@redragonshop.com.

Use the subject line: Facebook Data Deletion Request.

In your email, please provide:

The email address associated with your Redragon account.

A statement confirming that you would like us to delete the personal data associated with your Facebook Login.

Please do not send your Facebook password or other sensitive login credentials.
What Data May Be Associated With Facebook Login
When you choose to sign in to Redragon using Facebook Login, we may receive limited information permitted by Facebook, such as:

Your name

Your Facebook profile picture

Your email address
We use this information only to authenticate your account and provide access to your Redragon customer account.
What Happens After Your Request
After receiving your request, we will verify the information necessary to locate the relevant account and process the deletion request in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.
Where applicable, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your Facebook Login, except for information that we are required or permitted to retain for legal, fraud-prevention, security, transaction-record, or other legitimate purposes.
Please note that deleting data associated with Facebook Login may affect your ability to use Facebook to sign in to your Redragon account.
Removing Redragon Access From Facebook
You may also remove Redragon's access directly through your Facebook account settings.
In Facebook, go to your account settings and locate the section for Apps and Websites, find Redragon Customer Login, and remove its access.
Removing the app from Facebook prevents future access through Facebook Login, but if you would also like Redragon to delete personal data already associated with your account, please submit a deletion request using the instructions above.
