Redragon reads their reviews! They reached out to me to get more information and they sent me a replacement keyboard. This one is perfect! The switches come out with ease! I am so happy! I give the Devarajas K556 5 stars!

Nice Keyboard But...

I really like this keyboard but the switches were mostly difficult to remove. I prefer tactile switches and I had a lot of trouble removing at least half of the switches, which resulted in me scratching the metal plate. That is a shame.
