Battery Issues

I bought these ones one year ago, the charging cable and the battery seemed ok, fast forward two months ago I started having issues charging the headphones, the charger won't do it's job and would constantly turn off, I've tried other cables and won't work either. Also tried looking up online for some kind of help but failed at it.

If someone knows wtd can help I'd really appreciate it, these weren't precisely cheap and wasn't expecting on getting another pair anytime soon.

Love the design

The design looks cool, battery life is good and the sound is really good

Some changes and it would be perfect

It's over all sound is good, battery life is okay and it's comfortable to wear. I'd love to see a couple changes in future headsets in comparison to this one tho. The detachable mic isn't able to adjust positions, it can only point straight from the plug in the headset. So when I'm leaning back with my chin down, it rubs on my shirt and chest. I'd prefer either a side mounted mic or a mic that can hold it's position better. And I personally prefer my mic to be on my right side but I don't mind it on the left. Also switching from Bluetooth to wired to 2.4ghz USB is a little confusing at first. Making a toggle switch, like how they do with some of their keyboards, would be perfect. And the last change I'd love to see is it being able to charge and work wirelessly, via Bluetooth or USB, at the same time.
