I realized I had ordered this keyboard and it wasn’t what I needed. I read the return policy and it says return shipping is not comped for a wrong selection. Fine. So i reached out within a day of ordering, requesting to begin the process as i had ordered the wrong thing. I figured shipping would be deducted from my refund and that someone would send me further instructions. No…they ran me around for two days and seven emails, first to let me know it had shipped (yeah, ok, not relevant to my question?) then I asked again for the return instructions. they’d only provide these once delivered. This took five emails to get to. They also let me know they will not provide a label / deduct the cost, it’s actually on me to do that but I still don’t have the stupid instructions even though it was delivered. If you don’t know, this means they’re making customers pay higher rates to ship back because companies tend to have agreements with shippers for cheaper shipping. I hate Amazon, and try to avoid going there, but at this stage I’d rather go to any other keyboard seller than these folks. It’s not the fault of the agent, though I’m not sure she actually read a single one of my emails since she was basically ignoring my words and not helping at all. Still waiting for them to get their sh*t straight and answer my initial request. Fast response time means nothing doctors utterly unhelpful bordering on unfriendly policies. Definitely won’t be back, will choose another brand. I actually sat on this review because I don’t want people to go to the big box places, but I work for a small company who ships products all over. This isn’t “small business facing challenges “ this is just insanely bad customer relations. Anyway, if you don’t need anything from them after you buy, I’m sure the products are fine.

Great product, even better price

I have in my over 50 years in busunless used many keyboards. Too many to count. I am in with love my purple Redragon keyboard. Right off the bat, the letters on the keys have shown ZERO wear, and I have had this keyboard for well over a year, by now all of my previous keyboards would be with many blank keys. I type ~110 words a minute. So imagine my dismay when after the last Microsoft explorer upgrade my num key did not work. I do lot of accounting and rely heavily on the 10key numeric keys. I knew how to correct the win lock issue, but had never had my num lock fail. I tried searching for a solution but failed. So I looked up Redragon and sent a message to them via thier website.
I am delighted to say thier response was very quick. Initially by AI, but when it's suggestion did not work, a human responded almost immediately with the correct fix. And I am thrilled!

2nd update: So I was told that some of the older keyboards of this model are not completely shine-thru, but that the newer manufactured ones are. Just know that if you order one, there's no way of knowing which one you will get. I appreciate them working with me to an extent, but ultimately it wasn't what I wanted. The keyboard is still pretty overall, and I was able to quiet it down after adding o-rings, and I plan on keeping it without anymore fuss.

Update: The company has reached out to me. They said the there's a misunderstanding on the return window, and that I have 30 days to return if needed. They offered a small refund so I can get the O-Rings, which was very nice of them. I think it would be great if they just included that option when you buy a keyboard. As far as the shine-through keys, I was told that this keyboard might be a different version, so I'm waiting on follow-up with that. Will update my review as I go. I will throw my rating up to a 4 for now. I appreciate them following up so quickly after posting my initial review.

I will preface this with that I use my keyboard primarily for work, so that may affect my feelings just a tiny bit over 100% gaming.

I was really excited to try out a new keyboard, and while it is pretty, there's some things to mention.

First thing, it's not very quiet. I wish the company offered O-Rings as an option to dampen the keycap noise a little bit more. I was not expecting it to be as loud as it is, and it is a tiny bit distracting. I know it's a cheap fix, but still.

According to the website, the keyboard is supposed to be shine-through. Mine is not. The key markers are printed on, and not transparent. I mean it's kinda one of the big reasons I bought this one and am dissapointed on this. See the attached picture to see what I mean. You can see the leds around the keys, but not through the letters.

I also am not a fan of not knowing what the FN key commands do compared to my previous keyboard without having to look at the manual. It's different from my old one, so that will ultimately be something I will need to relearn over time. I'm considering changing some of the caps out or getting stickers to help with that. I also have to learn that the Function button is on the right side instead of left now. Not a huge deal, but just more of an inconvenience.

I did have some trouble getting it to wirelessly connect, but I haven't delved into whether it's user error or not. Thankfully I have the cord in the meantime.

Other than that, it's solid and heavy, which is nice that it doesn't shift around on my desk.

I *love* the calculator hotkey.

It's still a pretty keyboard, I just wish it was a little better.
