I got a used unit...

The keyboard arrived in a pretty beaten-up box. I assumed it was due to poor shipping and I ignored it. I opened the box and it was even more clear that the keyboard I was sent was definitely used before.

The keyboad screen protector had scratches on it although the screen was intact. The keyboard cable had signs of use on it. If I had known I was getting a used keyboard or if it was some tested/ display item then I wouldn't have an issue with it.

This just put shame on the brand for me. I don't know if I will consider Redragon again as a valid, trusted competitor to purchase from in the future...

I’ve been using the K761 Pro for about a week now, and it has exceeded my expectations. The 104-key full-size layout is perfect for both work and gaming. The LCD screen and knob are not just gimmicks — adjusting volume and viewing status info is actually very useful. The Mint Mambo linear switches feel smooth and consistent.
