The software is atrocious, even worse than the one for the mouse I got as a combo. They claim that this keyboard has some fancy updated software, but it refuses to identify my keyboard regardless of whether I'm using cable, dongle, or BT mode. The colors are great if you pick a preset color, but otherwise you have to really mess with it to get anything but a muddy or washed out version of what you wanted. The input lag is awful too, in fact as I've been typing this I've had to go back and correct like 20 words so far because a letter got missed from typing too fast. It also auto time-outs after a crazy short amount of time, and to make matters worse it doesn't register the first button you press when you go to use it again. It's like hitting that key sends a wakeup signal, but nothing else, which is terrible for a GAMING keyboard... Volume scroll wheel doesn't work after it times out btw, so you have to press another key to turn it on and then scroll the volume. Not a deal breaker, but annoying anyway. The keys have so little resistance that simply laying my fingers on WASD while gaming causes me to run left all the time because the weight of the tip of my finger presses the A key. The instructions are very poorly translated, and tell you next to nothing about how to use it. It has cool functions like disabling the windows key, but other than that this keyboard is.... well its trash. I've never used a keyboard as terrible as this one, and my last keyboard was a Logitech from Walmart for 20 bucks for the mouse and keyboard combo. Oh, and I can't forget to mention that the dongle can't be set to transmit to both the keyboard and mouse, so you have to have 2 dongles plugged in at all times. For almost 70 bucks I'm so disappointed man...

It is really hard to describe how good this keyboard is.

I had some order trouble but the support team got me sorted out and I love this keyboard. Its ability to flip Mac and pc at the push of a button, wireless or Bluetooth, and all the ancillary features makes it everything and more of what I was hoping when I purchased it.

I have used this for a few weeks. The macro settings are nice and the RGB stands out nicely. It has been solid and I'm enjoying the experience of a good feedback and not so much noise. My coworkers sanity is kept thanks to this keyboard.
