The download link doesnt work for the wired version, it either sends you an invalid link or won't work because it only works for the wired version. You need a third party cite to download the correct software and nothing is there to tell you where to download that software.

The box came smashed in the mail but the mouse itself was fine. Gave it to my boyfriend for Christmas and he liked it. He started a fight with me and we broke up that night. But besides that the only issue was the box being destroyed.

It is a pretty big mouse wich is perfect for me, so dont get it if you have something against big mice

I like the mouse but can anyone explain to me how to create AND SAVE separate custom (and individually named) profiles for each of my games? The software is not at all intuitive, and half the time my settings, profile names, etc do not save and when I launch the tool the profile I created previously, and renamed, and played my game with earlier has now vanished. I had a Logitech G300 series previously but it finally died so I thought I would give this Red Dragon a try. I like the mouse but the software is slowly driving me to going back to another Logitech. The software on that was way more intuitive, and when you created a new profile it persisted. Happy to accept it might just be me, but all the online videos show how to change the button maps, colours, create macros, etc, but nobody has posted a video of creating, saving, and reloading a renamed, custom profile (they are all using the default "Profile 1", "Profile 2", etc) which makes me question if anyone has managed to get this to work consistently? There appear to be 5 "Modes", with 5 corresponding "Profiles", although regardless of which mode you select you can see all profiles, so not sure why you need both? When you create a new profile you can rename it (by typing over the "Profile x" label) but it seems to be a lottery as to whether it saves (regardless of whether you press "Stop", "Apply", "Okay", "Save Profile", etc). I have tried saving the entire profile under a new name each time to see if that makes any difference, but it doesn't. Shame, because the mouse itself works well, but it's useless to me if I have to keep reprogramming the buttons each time I switch between games.

I love red dragon products but the on thing that i absolutely hate is that the software you are able to download for the products requires a 3rd party download. Which in my opinion is a joke for a company that makes such good products. The company does not let you know what 3rd party website is best to use, you just have to test you luck and see if anything is going to work.
